I’m Lacey Nelson, creator of IEC Informed Behavior™ 

-a framework designed to help people understand the hidden impact of inconsistent emotional connection in childhood.

I’ve walked this path myself, growing up in a home that looked “normal” on the outside but carried subtle tension, unspoken fear, and emotional inconsistency that shaped how I navigated life.

Through my own experiences and deep study of nervous system patterns, trauma, and healing, I’ve developed a framework that gives language, clarity, and practical tools for understanding these invisible patterns & learning how to repattern them for a healthier, more aligned life. My mission is to help people validate their experiences, reclaim trust in themselves, and step into relationships and environments that truly support their growth.

For years, I didn’t have the words to explain why I felt so uneasy, or why relationships felt so complicated. IEC Informed Behavior gives language to that experience, it shows us what our nervous systems learned and why we adapted the way we did.
